About us

A place to catch your breath

Siesta is a coffee house at Brodzińskiego 17 — a few minutes from Tarnów’s old town. We open the day with breakfast, pull flatbreads from the oven around noon, and serve our own home-baked cakes in the afternoon.

We don’t rush, and we don’t expect you to. Drop in for a single espresso or stay for hours with a book — both are equally welcome.

Beans roasted in Tarnów by Mott Coffee Company. Espresso, flat white or latte — with dairy or oat milk at no extra charge.

Water, flour and salt — no yeast. Thin, crisp flatbreads baked in a stone oven, in ten variations.

Grass, deck chairs and wide parasols. In summer it’s the quietest spot around — and the best place for a second coffee.

Breakfast runs until 10:30, the rest of the menu all day. Every dish is labelled with its allergens.

Roman pinsa

Pizza’s Roman cousin: our dough ferments for a couple of days, which makes it light with crisp edges. Seven varieties are on the way.

The garden

Green, quiet, unhurried

Behind the tenement house we keep our own garden — a patch of lawn shielded from the street, with deck chairs, parasols and tables in the shade of the trees.
